We're big on teamwork, collaborating closely with everyone important in a person's life—family, friends, schools, and other therapists. Key to our approach is a thorough behaviour assessment, which might take us into different settings for observations, diving into medical histories, chatting with those involved in caring for the person, and gathering all the data we need. This way, we're not just addressing behaviours; we're unlocking potential, together.

Functional Behaviour Assessment
Our comprehensive assessment process is tailored to each individual, incorporating observations in diverse environments, review of medical and therapy reports, collaboration with stakeholders, and thorough data collection.
Holistic Support Plans
In partnership with the participant and key people in their life, we co-develop a support plan that encompasses both proactive and reactive strategies. This plan is designed to not only reduce the risk of harm but also to enhance quality of life and uphold the fundamental human rights of those we serve.
Training and Coaching
Our support extends beyond the participant; we provide comprehensive ongoing training for families, carers and other key stakeholders, to ensure effective implementation of the strategies outlined in the support plan.
